Some more speculation and rumour about the Xbox 360 version of Monster Hunter Frontier...
In an interview with Famitsu, Keiji Inafune had this to say;
"I feel Monster Hunter can definitely succeed overseas. There's a high possibility that MHF will kickstart that."
It's still not the confirmation I'm waiting for, but it at least sounds like it may be possible.
